Job Description:

We are seeking 4-5 licensed health insurance agents for our established insurance agency in Pompano Beach, FL. Our ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of success as a closer in a high-pressure sales environment, explicitly selling private health insurance to customers under 65 and a valid health insurance license! We are willing to invest in the right candidate to provide training on our proprietary health insurance sales system, provide unlimited warm leads, and set them up for a prosperous career selling health insurance. We provide leads, equipment, training, and a clean/safe environment that you look forward to going to daily! In return, we expect a relentlessly positive attitude, perpetual punctuality and professionalism, and the drive to earn a lot of money!
Requirements:
You must hold an active 2-15 or 2-40 license and have at least six months of experience selling health insurance OR 215 or 240 health insurance license and a demonstrated track record of solid sales numbers in a related telephone-based high-pressure sales industry (examples include but are not limited to: moving brokerage sales, vacation sales, timeshare sales, car sales, advertising sales, marketing sales, precious metals sales, drug treatment admissions, financial services sales, etc.).
Reliable transportation to and from our Pompano Beach office.
A perpetually positive and professional attitude representing yourself well to our prospective clients and us.
Strong work ethic, coachability, and a desire to earn!
Compensation:
Agents make between $1000 - $2000 a week.
Opportunity for cash spiffs and potential bonuses as well!
