Job Description:We are looking for Front Desk Agents. Part time and/or when needed. Shifts available are 11pm to 7am. Must be able to work flexible hours, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.The Forum is a non-profit, Christian-based organization that provides ministry lodging, conferencing, and office space.Must be able to do room set up and breakdown. - -Front Desk Agent:Responsible for representing the ministry with a positive and professional attitude.Responsible for taking care of guest requests at the front desk/reception.High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Previous front office or hotel experience preferred.Ability to work with computers.Ability to perform accurate functions using a calculator.Ability to communicate, verbally, and in writing, effectively with guests and co-workers; respond to guest requests.The ability to understand the tasks performed by a telephone operator, a reservation agent, a concierge, and a housekeeper.Ability to handle cash and credit transactions.Maintains professionalism at all times, demonstrating courtesy and respect to guests and co-workers.Ability to multi-task and handle stress in busy seasons.Powered by JazzHR
