Job Description:
Dometic Group operates in the retail industry and manages the
manufacturing, sales, and service of products for the outdoor
market. The product range is broad and includes portable coolers,
grills, air conditioning systems, tents, batteries, and solar
energy solutions for mobile, outdoor lifestyles. The business is a
global company and customers include retailers of outdoor products
as well as consumers and manufacturers of vehicles and boats. The
Dometic Group was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in
Stockholm, Sweden. Sales Coordinator assists the Aftermarket Sales
team with monthly sales reporting, custom report creation for
analysis, customer communication. Assists sales team in processing
of non-routine orders, marketing samples, co-op coordination and
management, sales commission review, and preparing annual external
pricing changes. coordination of sales events such as trade shows,
customer visits and meetings. In additional responsible for
consignment inventory management.
- Prepare and transmit customer sales incentive reports to
approximately 75 aftermarket accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly report for sales initiatives showing results
graphically
- Prepare and transmit informational product sales report for
independent representatives on a quarterly basis.
- Work with management to determine and implement periodic across
the board price changes.
- Analyze and recommend product/customer specific price
quotes.
- Create and communicate custom quotes for specific customers for
their full line as well as unique products.
- Assist customers as needed to direct them to the appropriate
areas to answer their technical questions.
- Provide direction and support to aftermarket member(s) of the
sales administration team including the reporting of the
aftermarket team.
- Organize national and regional conferences, sales meetings,
social events, and seminars
- Respond to manufacturers' representative's inquiries,
complaints and request for product samples and quotations
- Coordinate communication to aftermarket customers regarding
product notifications, announcements, and pricing bulletins
- Issue credits and rebates for Dealer Meetings, products, and
any other approved programs Qualifications and Experience
- Associates degree in business related field or equivalent work
experience
- 5+ years of administrative sales support experience
- 2+ years experence with budgets, event planning, and sales
bulletin creation
- Microsoft Office Proficiency, including Word, Excel, Access,
PowerPoint and Outlook Behavioral Requirements
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with external
customers.
- Drive to hit deadlines High level of responsiveness to ensure
internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Great organizational and team skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with changing
priorities
