We have one of the BEST lead strategies in the industry. We simply call an EXCLUSIVE lead who has already expressed interest in one or more of our products and set up an appointment with them. We meet the customer in their home and go over what type of product the homeowner needs and then write up the policy. We also market and promote fixed annuities that solve most of the baby boomer---s retirement issues. What we are looking for: People with a PASSIO N to honestly help families. Those with a POSITIVE attitude and a STRONG desire to move into a higher earning bracket. Someone who can follow a step by step selling system. We are looking for someone that is professional and able to learn quickly. Someone interested in an industry that has the potential for earnings well over 100K annually We will train you in every aspect of the business and will show you how to personally produce a monthly commission of your desire. Industry experience is not necessary, but a strong discipline and work ethic is essential for success Compensation: This is a 1099 contract position. Typically, our agents make 250K in management positions, 90-145K in full time agent positions, 40-60K in part time positions. In this company YOU are in control of the compensation you receive. Your personal drive and willingness to work hard brings optimum earning potential We have many full-time agents making over 6-7 figure incomes.
