Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and effective technical support to government agency
employees
Collaborate with end-users to diagnose and resolve IT service
disruptions and application-related challenges
Monitor systems and proactively address potential issues before
they impact end-users
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Tier 1 technical support in an IT service
desk environment
Familiarity with government IT environments, security requirements,
and compliance standards
Experience with IT Service Management tools and processes
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a
fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and
collaboratively within a team
