Claims Business Process Lead Consultant

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Claims Business Process Lead Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent the business area in strategic planning activities and provide recommendations based on best practice benchmarking, data analysis, and forecasting
Consult with clients to identify current and future business needs of large-scale complex end-to-end processes
Lead and initiate individual projects to support automation and re-design of processes to create efficiencies

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of First Party Casualty claim handling (PIP/MedPay for NY and MI)
Experience with Mitchell Decision Point bill pay applications
Experience with Tableau
Insurance industry knowledge or consulting certifications (i.e. BPM, Six Sigma, ASQ, Facilitation)
