Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enablement Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically define end-to-end requirements for service delivery
initiatives and ensure market readiness
Develop innovative strategies to enhance user experience and
improve adoption of solutions
Act as a subject matter expert and primary contact for the
implementation of supported solutions
Qualifications:
7+ years of e-discovery experience, with 5+ years of project
management or consulting experience
Experience in process design and implementation
Knowledge of Agile frameworks or Lean Tools preferred
In-depth understanding of e-discovery best practices and emerging
technologies
Experience leading or participating in improvement projects
preferred
