Responsibilities: Conduct advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of adaptive vehicles. Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, identifying root causes and providing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance and safety of the vehicles and equipment. Keep detailed and accurate records of work performed, parts used, and service history in our database management system. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, attend training sessions, and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training in automotive or mechanical fields are highly desirable. Proven experience as an advanced automotive or mobility technician, with a track record of handling complex repairs and modifications. In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, electrical components, and adaptive equipment used in mobility vehicles. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical issues effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and interact with customers in a professional manner.
