Director of Heavy Haul Sales & Operations
This position will evolve as we grow but to start, they are the go-to for
everything... they will be involved on every single shipment on the back end to make sure everything goes smoothly, and we assign the correct trailer types and when permits or escorts are needed, they will handle all of this.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Fully quote and set up shipments for over dimensional loads as well as legal loads.
• Will be the go-to for the sales team to come to for accurate rates to ship this heavy machines/ equipment.
• Will teach both sales and Dispatch how everything works.
• Train new employees and existing ones. Experience:
  • Experience in the Heavy Haul Industry.
  • Confident Negotiation Skills.
  • Strong computer and written communication skills.
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
