We round that out with our best-in-service plan that includes cost savings and faster turnaround times for our clients.We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our Centrifi product team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our new SaaS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions. You stay on top of the latest UI/UX trends and technologies and are excited to contribute your expertise to shape Centrifi's future.Responsibilities:Lead user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to deeply understand user needs and goals.Collaborate with product managers, product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to define project goals, prioritize features for a compelling SAAS product.Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles.Create robust user journeys that improve adoption and usage, focusing on intuitive onboarding, early value delivery, ease of use and reducing friction points.Design intuitive, visually appealing user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, aligning them with the optimized user journeys.Develop clickable prototypes to gather user feedback and refine both designs and the user journey itself.Create and maintain a design system emphasizing reusable components, rapid iteration, and scalability.Design for flexibility: Build interfaces that easily adapt to new features, user segments, and evolving user journeys as the product scales.Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure seamless UI/UX design across the website, landing pages, and user acquisition funnels.Create robust and industry-standard design documentation to facilitate smooth development handoff and maintain design consistency.Analyze user feedback, metrics, and A/B testing results to continuously refine user experiences and designs for increased adoption and usage.Stay up to date on design trends, particularly those enhancing user onboarding, engagement, and retention in SaaS products.Required ExperienceBachelors degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.5+ years of UI/UX design experience.Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your designs and UX projects. SaaS products or startup experience is a plus.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proven success designing and shipping products in a fast-paced startup environment.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools.Deep understanding of component-driven design, design tokens, and design systems.Demonstrated experience with user research methodologies, analysis and reporting.Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.Digital marketing / advertising experience is a plus
