Job Description:

Adecco Transportation is assisting our local client in their search to fill a Class B Part-time delivery driver position in Deerfield, Beach FL. This is a temporary position with the possibility to go full time for the right person. As a Class B delivery driver you will be responsible for delivering and unloading empty caskets in safe manner. This position requires someone who is not fearful and has great customer service skills. Pay rate: $15.00 per hour. The Work schedule is Monday 6am- 2:30pm Friday 7:30am-4:00pm Saturday 6:30am-3:00pm (Sometimes Sat. can be longer depending on the workload.) Apply now if you meet the qualifications!

Responsibilities Includes:

Maintain a current Class B Commercial DriverâÁ¿Á¿s License

Prepare DOT required log of time on duty and driving

Customer Service Oriented

Effectively meet CSC and Customer demands

Check orders for accuracy

Deliver and unload caskets

Complete daily equipment pre-inspection

Record all merchandise that is returned by the truck

Follow guidelines established by the Department of Transportation

Log in deliveries on supervisor*s log sheet

Skills/Qualifications

Class B

Must have CDL License for 2 years or more

A current DOT MEDICAL CARD

2 years of Local Delivery experience

Safely lift and handle 50-100 pounds

Be able to work overtime as the seasons requires

Work in occasional adverse weather conditions

Pass a pre-employment drug screen

Pass a background

Clean driving record

Pay rate: $15.00 per hr.
