Job Description:

A company is looking for a Subcontracts Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:

Negotiates non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and teaming agreements
Prepares solicitation packages to subcontractors and evaluates their proposals
Administers subcontracts, resolves issues, and performs closeout activities

Required Qualifications:

BA degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of relevant experience
Experience negotiating terms and conditions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic knowledge of the FAR and DFAR
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
