Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead of Inter-Plan Teleprocessing
System (ITS) Claims Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize workload and resourcing to maximize
operational production and reduce claims inventory
Track and manage inventory trends and adjust resource levels as
needed to meet inventory management goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement policies and
procedures to support claims operations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in ITS claims operations and business
process design
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in claims
operations
Knowledge of claims processing guidelines for ITS and government
programs
Experience in business requirement definition, training, project
management, and system/process implementation
