Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Care Center Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Create reporting that gives management visibility to outcomes
Conduct outbound telephonic member outreach calls as needed
Build and nurture professional and effective relationships with all
members of the Care Center team
Required Qualifications:
Associates Degree or higher preferred, High School Diploma or GED
minimum
Consistent and effective follow-up skills
Ability to multi-task, coordinate, and prioritize activities in a
rapidly changing environment
Minimum 1 year of telephonic customer service experience
preferred
Experience working with Excel, Call Center Five9, and other
reporting databases
