Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Patient Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide training, coaching, QA review, and team engagement activities for authorization and prescription representatives
Support representatives in their roles by offering guidance and assistance
Ensure representatives are knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Programs

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an authorization and prescription representative
Preferred 3 years of experience as an authorization and prescription representative
Experience in Microsoft Programs
Training experience
High School diploma or GED
