Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Business Risk and Controls Risk Advisor for their Consumer Bank Exam Support team.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide regulatory exam support, including collecting and tracking information, drafting responses, and tracking remediation plans
Assist with risk identification, measurement, and management, as well as the development and implementation of sustainable controls
Coordinate the management and escalation of issues and engage with risk management partners to develop consistent risk management standards

Required Qualifications:

College degree or equivalent work experience in business and risk management
5 or more years of experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of audit, compliance, risk management, or specific line of business
Ability to develop and deliver line of business specific risk and compliance training
Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high-level projects
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
