Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Registration and Records
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Academic Records unit and collaborate with the campus
community to address academic record issues and needs
Maintain and update student records, process enrollment
transactions, and manage residency status for tuition purposes
Design and administer systems training, coordinate documentation of
procedures, and implement academic records projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
4 years of experience in higher education
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Oracle
PeopleSoft
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Considerable customer service experience preferred
