Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assessment Coordinator who will be
responsible for preparing assessments for Clinical Assessors and
scheduling appointments with eligible members.
Key Responsibilities:
Obtain and prepare documentation for clinical assessors
Perform telephonic outreach to eligible members and schedule
assessments
Resolve member concerns and ensure their interest and participation
in the program
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of customer service experience
Interest in helping vulnerable populations
Expertise in phone etiquette
Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalating upset
callers
