A company is looking for a Customer Care Professional Life
Insurance Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide superior call experience by building rapport with diverse
callers and presenting complex solutions
Focus on quality and first-call resolution to help clients achieve
their financial goals
Receive ongoing training and support to develop skills and advance
within the organization
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience, post-secondary
education preferred
Financial services or insurance experience preferred
Experience navigating complex customer interactions and
contributing to continuous improvement
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Ability to work full-time between 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. (CST), Monday
through Friday
