Job Description:
A company is looking for a Travel Contact Center Supervisor to
oversee daily operations and provide leadership to virtual Travel
Contact Center Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, mentor, and support contact center staff in daily
operations
Ensure revenue and service objectives are met or exceeded
Handle escalated travel issues and maintain excellent relations
with vendors and internal departments
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma with some college courses preferred
4-6 years of travel experience involving supervisory tasks
Achievement of Certified Travel Agent (CTA) certification
In-depth knowledge of Apollo, Leisure Shopper, Viewpoint, and
scripting applications
Effective working knowledge of Windows-based computer
applications
