Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and account support for learners, including order
processing and troubleshooting
Assist learners in making the most of their learning experience and
connect with them through various communication channels
Collaborate with other teams to improve the learning platform based
on learner interactions
Required Qualifications:
Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer
Support or Success
Proficiency in using Apple/Mac products, Google business
applications, and various operating systems and internet
browsers
Basic technical troubleshooting skills
Resourcefulness and ability to find answers when needed
Excellent work ethic, passion for learners' success, and ability to
handle multiple tasks efficiently
