Managed Services Operations Shift Lead

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Shift Lead - Managed Services Operations for a work from home position.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily direction to IT team and ensure sufficient staffing
Manage incidents and resolution within SLA requirements
Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance customer experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
3 years of experience managing technical staff and 5 years of hands-on IT experience
Experience with ITIL v3 processes and managing large IT environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Hold ITIL Foundation certification and at least 2 additional certifications from MCP, MCITP, RHCSA, LCA, CCNA, or CompTIA A+/Network+
