Job Description:
A company is looking for a Appeals Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor unlicensed Appeals and/or Grievance
Coordinators
Manage escalated issues related to non-authorization, appeals,
provider disputes, and grievances/complaints
Assist with employee training, department workflows, and data
analysis
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in health care appeals, compliance,
and/or grievances/complaints
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite
Bachelor's degree preferred
