Answer inbound calls and chats, make outbound calls, and provide

Update customer information and details in the company's
systems
Collaborate with various teams to fulfill orders and ensure a
positive customer experience
Required Qualifications:

Previous sales experience with a track record of achieving critical
metrics and sales goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead conversations and ask the right questions
Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness
