Legal Intake Specialist for The Ritz of Criminal Defense

Our rapidly expanding criminal defense law firm is looking for the next top talent to join a team devoted to providing the best legal service possible to our South Florida community.--Your primary responsibility will be answering phones, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating client intake.--

Responsibilities:
The person we hire will have great time management skills. This job will require all of the following:
--- Greeting clients and visitors, both by telephone and in-person and scheduling appointments in a friendly and professional, manner
--- Processing client intake paperwork in our case management system
--- Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team
--- Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained the firm
--- Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources
--- Treat a call or meeting at 4:30 pm on a Friday with the same care and compassion as one on a Monday morning
--- Convey confidence and show empathy to our new potential clients who contact us by phone or web
--- Participate in weekly department meetings, maintain KPIs, data, and metrics
--- Assist in the collection of payments from clients as needed

Qualifications:
--- Compassionate and empathetic personality
--- Accepting constructive criticism - must thrive with tough coaching
--- Extreme attention to detail
--- Customer service experience
--- Ability to understand the sales process and how intake plays a vital role in that process
--- Exceptional English speaking skills and communication
--- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
--- Exceptional computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
--- Must be a tough person who is curious and wants to get better every day
--- Self-starter who takes initiative
