Job Description:
A company is looking for Trip Support Specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations and tasks within flight operations,
including ground handling, permits, flight following, hotels, and
transportation
Provide superior customer service and communicate all trip support
products and services to clients
Ensure all trips are current and updated in a timely manner based
on customer communications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
5-10 years of experience in the aviation industry
Ability to work across a shift plan that covers day, night,
weekend, and holiday working
Proven customer loyalty and strong customer management skills
Complete understanding of all aspects of the industry, products,
and services
