Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product & Employment Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and advise on employment rules and regulations for hiring
employees through an EOR in different jurisdictions
Prepare employment agreement templates, termination notice and
agreement templates, and policy documents for the EOR
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on the
development and documentation of new features and services
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in-house or at a law firm
Substantive knowledge of and experience with employment law,
particularly in LATAM countries
Law degree (e.g. JD or equivalent)
Spanish language skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong project management and
organizational skills
