Hi! My name is Barb Volk and I am the Area Developer for
KidStrong Broward and Palm Beach Counties. As our brand expands
here in South Florida, we are looking to add like-minded teammates
to help kids "WIN AT LIFE."

for kids walking through 11 years old. We help parents discover
their child's superpowers and build future-ready kids who are
confident in making friends, running the playground, and raising
their hands high in the classroom. In other words--- kids who will
win at life! KidStrong Coral Springs and Plantation are rapidly
growing and we're looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals
who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents
and kids and make an impact on their lives.OPEN POSITION: We have
an immediate need for a high-energy, hyper-organized, passionate,
and service-centric superstar to add to our teams. As the Member
Success Manager you will be responsible for creating an A+
experience for our members from the first phone call to high-fiving
them and their kiddos as they celebrate 5 years with KidStrong and
everything in between.
This person must be a self-starter, able to work independently AND
be a team player. They must also be HIGHLY organized, able to
multi-task, and be well versed in both fantastic customer service
and even some soft sales skills. Lastly, KidStrong centers move
fast and this person must be able to work in a fast-paced
environment with exceptionally thorough and effective communication
along the way.
Specifically, we are looking for someone available in the
afternoons/evenings (-2pm-8pm) and 1 weekend shift (8am-2pm.) If

$15/hour + commission and lots of growth opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Back end customer service in our system software helping members
change classes, as well as processing holds, cancellations, and
payments.
Enrolling and setting up new members, memberships, and billing the
appropriate starter kits and membership amounts.
Answering phones and either servicing members, escalating to Center
Director, or engaging with a prospective client to book a
complimentary trial or helping them enroll.
Utilizing several softwares and CRMs to log appropriate notes,
email/text members and prospects.
Use of social media for Members Only Group and creating community.
Posting multiple times per week.
Use of social media to respond to prospects, engage them with
information and book appointments to connect and help them
enroll.
Proactively make outbound calls to prospective clients that have
requested information. 25-50 calls per day.
Make follow up member calls where appropriate and needed
Email support for the KidStrong center - answering and/or
escalating or notifying Center Director when necessary.
Reports to Center Director and attends weekly leadership
meetings.
Ensures that all front desk systems are followed such as proper
Member Check-In, telephone inquiries (general and sales related),
guest registration, cash handling, delinquent account procedures,
customer care calls, and change requests.
Provides and maintains the highest level of customer service.
Provides effective decision-making regarding customer service
issues.
Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and
operationally sound (along with the Head Coach).
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
STRONG prior customer service experience
Some experience with outbound phone sales is preferred (used to
making 100-200 calls/week).
A service centric mentality followed closely with comfort with
sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
Team play and EXCELLENT communicator
Practical work experience using Microsoft Office Products.
Previous experience with children and/or in the fitness industry is
a plus but not mandatory.
