Job DescriptionTitle: Data Visualization Specialist Location: TBDDepartment: Digital Marketing Group (Advancement)Reports to: Bruce Yee Type: Salaried Summary:OneHope's Digital Marketing Group (DMG) designs marketing strategies that promotes digital scripture programs to children and youth around the world. Within the DMG, team members design and implement all aspects of the digital marketing process for scalable digital programs. This includes analyzing paid and organic campaign data and metrics that lead to good decision making. The DMG is looking for an individual with experience and interest needed to assist with making large data sets useful and meaningful by presenting key information in a variety of ways. The ideal candidate is a professional with the ability to present large amounts of information in ways that are universally understandable or easy to interpret and spot patterns, trends and correlations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of OneHope and faithfully upholds the OneHope ministry in prayer
• Develops best practices for analyzing data from digital marketing campaigns
• Develops good approaches for working with internal and external stakeholders
• Works independently and with a team to coordinate the development of data analytic strategies on various platforms
• Turns abstract information into appealing, revealing, and understandable visualizations that clearly explain the results of the analysis
• Challenges conventional thinking and uses data visualization in new and novel ways.
• Utilize data to complete deep dives into performance metrics so we better understand and measure ROI
• Applies the right Visual Analytics and Reporting capabilities to the right business problem.
• Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses, study changes, variability in digital campaigns
• Solves problems quickly, managing expectations, and communicating clearly
• Increases productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
• Serves as a thought-leader in the use of Visual Analytics and Reporting
• Assists in the creation and maintenance of digital marketing metrics and dashboard reports
• Ministers to OneHope's donor partners
• Travels domestically and internationally to meet with partners and/or field team members, lead design sessions, and facilitate focus groups when beneficialOther Skills and Abilities

  • The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience in the following areas: working knowledge of a database, data visualization, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SQLQualifications:
