Job Description Busy a/c company looking for a highly motivated responsible person with HVAC field service and dispatching experience. Responsibilities include handling service requests and customer complaints. Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. Complete work orders, return customer calls. Dispatch technicians with efficient productivity and notify customers. Being able to trouble shoot by telephone is highly desirable. Responsible for timely completion of all status update calls. Coordinate operations interaction with the parts department as necessary. Other relating functions may be assigned.
