Job Description:
The Facilities Coordinator position is responsible for providing
support within our current 59 gyms and office locations in 5
different states. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a
full-time candidate to provide direct support our Director of
Facilities.
- Coordination support for all facilities' maintenance work
orders.
-Coordination of repairs on gym equipment
-Contracting Handyman repairs
- Coordination, tracking and support for all annual service
agreement related vendors
- Quality Control management for club maintenance, preventative
maintenance, and repair matters.
- Database management for facilities and equipment maintenance
tracking of warranty and out of warranty items.
- Communication, documentation and coordination between
contractors, vendors, landlords and property management
- Inventory management tracking and ordering responsibilities
- Ensure efficient time frames for preventative maintenance and
facilities repair
-Utilization of tracking software for repairs (Fitness EMS)

.Requirements:
College Degree preferred
2-3 years facility/ maintenance or property management
experience
Must be detailed oriented and organized
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to be available after hours and in emergency
situations
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs / Google Docs
preferred
