Job Description:

The BIM/VDC Wood Modeler generates and manages digital models of projects for Current Builders and CB Structures. The BIM/VDC Wood Modeler aids decision-making during the building process. The BIM/VDC Wood Modeler must be well educated in not only the industry in which they work, but in wood framing projects and wood modeling. The BIM/VDC Wood Modeler's primary responsibilities are assisting with designing, reviewing, revising, and implementing Building Information Models using Mitek and other modeling software.

The BIM/VDC Wood Modeler Should...
Have excellent written communication skills

Pride themselves on their high attention to detail

The BIM/VDC Wood Modeler Must...
Be competent and have in-depth working knowledge of AutoCAD MEP, Revit, Navisworks & Procore
Have a B.S. in Construction Management Preferred
Have a minimum of 3 years of production experience in design, drafting or engineering structures / MEPF's

Local The BIM/VDC Wood Modeler is highly preferred along with multi-family high-rise construction industry experience.
