For more information on Carvana, take a look at our company introduction video. ABOUT THE POSITION Carvana's Market Operations department is known for its team-oriented, fast-paced environment. As a Customer Advocate, Vehicle Pickup, you will be the face of Carvana and a customer's first in-person interaction with a Carvana team member when selling their vehicle. You will have the freedom to go above and beyond to ensure our customers have an experience that doesn't suck and is completely one of a kind. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING This position is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the delivery of vehicles sold to Carvana. As a Customer Advocate, Vehicle Pickup, you will: * Frequently interact with customers in person, by phone, email, and text. * Keep and maintain accurate detailed notes of customer interactions. * Coordinate vehicle pick-up with customers who are selling a vehicle to Carvana. * Operate company-owned vehicles on public roads. * Accurately complete customer paperwork. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you. * High School Diploma or GED equivalent. * Must be 18 years of age or older. * Must have a driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last three years). * Ability to consistently comply with laws and policies pertaining to the operation of vehicles. * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. * Ability to pay attention to detail. * Ability to communicate and interact with others effectively in a professional, courteous manner. * Ability to work outdoors regularly. * Ability to move in and out of vehicles regularly. * Ability to frequently stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and lift up to 5 lbs. * Ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
