Job Description:

The Mailroom and Data Entry clerk is responsible for the coding and setup of client and customer information when they have a claim against their policy. This is principally done through sorting and scanning incoming mail, receiving or placing telephone calls; express delivery, fax and other electronic methods (e-mail) are also possible means of communication. In depth knowledge and use of computerized system for gathering and processing information on the client/customer.

This position will reporting to the Miami office Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Codes and enters data into setup screens
Separates those that do not meet basic requirements for resolution by higher levels
Sorts and scans incoming mail

Qualifications

Experience with office equipment
