What does an outstanding Contact Center Associate do?
You will take inbound calls from banking and merchant customers,
answer questions, assist with researching and resolving issues. We
want our customers to receive
a WOW experience. We want someone who
has the ability to be an active listener and is able to express
empathy to the customer. Use your great verbal and written
communication skills to provide assistance to our customers. Do you

Following the completion of training and a period of
time in the position on site, if you meet or exceed performance
expectations, you may have work from home
flexibility. As a work from home flexibility
worker, you should be able to effectively operate a computer-based
phone system and have medium to high proficiency with Microsoft
Outlook, Excel and Web browsers such as Chrome and Internet
Explorer, etc. You’ll also need to be comfortable entering
information into appropriate computer databases. Supporting our
clients will also be a fun part of your job!

Basic requirements for consideration:
One year call center experience
Work experience with internet navigation and technology.
Experience with an online bill pay service.
Strong work tenure with previous roles lasting a year or
Experience working in a metric driven environment.
