The Senior Director of Recruiting is responsible for creating
and deploying talent acquisition strategies to strengthen the
organizations' capabilities and ensure it has the talent to meet
current and future business needs. The role will focus on
establishing talent acquisition processes and programs that
positively strengthen the organization's capabilities in sourcing,
screening, and selecting best in class talent.
The Senior Director of Recruiting will fast track the
organization in becoming the leader in digital recruitment to
support our Work at Home strategy. The role will review, implement
and/or enhance processes and systems that will strengthen our
digital presence and initiate new sourcing channels that will
generate a sustainable and strong candidate pipeline to meet our
growing demand for both Work in Office (WIO) and Work at Home (WAH)
- Develops an overall digital approach to increase our presence
and attract the right talent demographics. The overall approach and
all initiatives must support hiring for Work in Office (WIO) and
Work at Home (WAH) talents.
- Develops strategic talent acquisition plans aligning to
business units and ensures overall planning, sourcing, screening,
and selection strategy. It is imperative for the role to assess and
put controls to ensure we are hiring effectively, securely, and
regulatory compliant. The need is more significant now that we are
hiring Work at Home employees and there is no in-person
- Creates and implements regional recruitment metrics, dashboard,
and analysis of data.
- Actively manages the relationship to ensure client satisfaction
through evaluating talent acquisition processes and tools,
analyzing metrics and qualitative data to monitor performance and
- Partners closely with business leaders and HR leadership teams
to gather input and continuously educate on the processes, tools,
and responsibilities with an emphasis on exploring ways to enhance
the model's effectiveness and sustainability compared to where we

advance hiring methodology and approach. A regular review of
recruitment tools, processes and assessments are required to ensure
we are meeting all hiring requests.
- Designs the structure of the global talent acquisition
- Provides leadership and mentoring to a Global Recruitment team
to deliver high quality talent to the business in a timely manner,
with focus on advance digital hiring.
- Forecasts staffing goals, sourcing channels and systems to
ensure the talent needs of the business are met; aligns with
business strategic plans and goals.
- Develops digital marketing strategy specific to
- Designs or approves recruitment digital ads that effectively
attracts our target demographics.
- Selects and effectively manages outside vendors when
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 10 or more years of leadership experience is required.
Leadership experience in mobile, social media influence or
- 5 or more years of Digital Marketing work experience is
- 3 or more years of Six Sigma work experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in Human Resources,
Information Technology, Digital Marketing or related field
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School
certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration or related field preferred. Master's Degree
