Qualifications bull Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certifications required bull Minimum 10 years of project management experience bull Experience with vendor management and vendor package implementations bull Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project bull Experience with ServiceNow and Jira a plus bull Agile project management product management bull Technology remediation projects bull Implementation of vendor products bull Sunsetting of applications and hardware bull Implementation of business applications and integration with other systems bull Information Security implementations bull Strategic technology projects bull Executive presence and effective communication bull Must be able to clearly articulate project updates to stakeholders and members of the senior leadership team bull Must possess a strong presence and present with confidence and polish bull Must be able to navigate levels from Vice Presidents to Team Members, and from the technical teams to the business units bull Project and Financials Management bull Excellent planning and coordination skills bull Ability to lead large and diverse project teams bull Strong experience and skills in project financials management, including monthly forecasting, resource management, and accruals bull Extensive experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables and project metricsdashboardsreports as needed bull Vendor Management bull Experience in vendor contract management including financials bull Experience in implementing projects involving one or more vendors bull Understanding of vendor SOWs and management of vendor engagement including deliverables Education bull Bachelor's Degree or higher or relevant work experience required Responsibilities bull Manage projects that involve multiple vendors, departments and complex integrations bull Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables bull Develop and manage full-scale project plans including external integrations and dependencies bull Define, lead and coordinate project teams bull Define project tasks and manage project resource allocation bull Manage project budgets including monthly forecasting and accrual tracking bull Identify project risks and issues and develop and execute mitigation plans bull Manage project changes to achieve project goals bull Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders bull Escalation of concerns in a timely and appropriate manner bull Provide guidance and direction to external vendors, as applicable bull Participate in project quality audits bull Facilitate development of Requests for Information Proposals (RFIRFP) for external services, as applicable bull Demonstrate leadership and strong organizational, presentation and communication skills Our benefits package includes bull Comprehensive Medical Benefits bull Competitive Pay, 401K bull Retirement Plan bull And Much More About TekPartners TekPartners is one of the fastest growing private staffing firms in the United States.
