Job Description Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Candidates with limited or no professional driving experience are encouraged to apply and may be eligible for a paid Class A training program. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, with primary operations east of I-35. The company provides steady freight, reliable home time, late-model equipment, and comprehensive benefits effective from day one. Compensation: $1,400 to $1,800 per week; pay issued by direct deposit weekly. Exact pay varies by experience and route. Employment: Stable W2 employment with year?round freight and consistent work. Training: Fully paid three? to five?week training program for eligible recent CDL school graduates who meet the minimum instruction requirement (at least 120 hours). Bonuses: Safety and performance bonus opportunities. Home time: Reliable home time—weekly or every two weeks, depending on fleet assignment. Fort Lauderdale–based drivers will receive home time consistent with their fleet’s scheduling policies. Equipment: Assigned late?model 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors. Training topics include safe tractor?trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre?trip/post?trip inspections, and company procedures. Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations prior to solo assignments. Typical duties Safely operate a Class A tractor?trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations. Haul primarily no?touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop?and?hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S. Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on?time performance. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members. Perform required pre?trip and post?trip inspections and report maintenance needs per company procedures. Adhere to hours?of?service and safety compliance standards. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL or eligible for training under the paid Class A program. Must meet DOT medical and company qualification standards. Recent CDL school graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction are eligible for the paid training program. Candidates with limited or no professional driving experience will be considered through the training program. Positions are based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and operate primarily on lanes east of I?35.
