Job Description:
Litigation Paralegal – Boca Raton, FL Salary: Up to $120,000 per
year Our Florida Office is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal
to support our dynamic Litigation Department. This role is ideal
for a professional with 4 years of law firm litigation experience
who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to
high-level legal matters. What You’ll Do: Organize and maintain
court materials for active litigation cases. Draft and
electronically file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
via E-Filing portals and PACER (NYSCEF/ECF experience is a plus).
Prepare correspondence, memoranda, discovery requests, and other
legal communications with minimal supervision. Manage dockets,
including matter dates, deadlines, and case schedules. Coordinate
deposition, hearing, motion, and trial preparation. Assist with
paper and electronic discovery processes: Identify and preserve
electronically stored information (ESI). Draft and issue legal hold
notices. Coordinate with clients for the collection of ESI and
paper discovery. Process, review, and code ESI, utilizing tools
like Relativity. What You’ll Bring: Experience: A minimum of 4
years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm. Skills:
Proficiency in E-Filing (Florida portals required; NY/NJ experience
is a plus). Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word,
Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems like iManage.
Familiarity with Relativity or other eDiscovery tools preferred.
Education: College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
