Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Manage a caseload from intake through resolution Maintain frequent and compassionate communication with clients Coordinate medical treatment, obtain and organize records and bills Prepare demand packages and assist attorneys in case strategy Negotiate reductions on medical balances and liens Track deadlines and manage documentation using case management software Provide recommendations to attorneys on efficient case resolutions Communicate effectively with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and team members You Might Be a Fit If… You think in terms of timelines, systems, and priorities You love organizing chaos into clarity You follow up persistently until you get answers You’re friendly and professional on the phone You’ve mastered calendars, spreadsheets, and cloud-based legal tools You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball You care about people and want them to feel seen, heard, and supported Qualifications: 5 years of experience in personal injury (case management, paralegal, or legal assistant roles) Solid knowledge of personal injury procedures, medical records, and treatment timelines High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with legal case management software (Filevine a plus) Must be self-directed, tech-savvy, and highly reliable About Company Rafaeli Law is a cutting-edge, personal injury law firm that’s redefining what it means to serve accident victims with compassion, precision, and relentless advocacy.
