Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Attorney for Training, Preventing and Mitigating Labor Exploitation in the Legal Programs department.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver culturally responsive training modules on exploitative labor practices and migrant children's legal rights
Provide legal technical assistance to staff and partners regarding child labor rights and remedies for labor exploitation
Equip stakeholders with the skills, knowledge, and resources to identify, prevent, and mitigate child labor exploitation and trafficking

Required Qualifications:

J.D. and admission to local state bar
Minimum 4 years of experience practicing immigration law or labor law
Minimum 3 years of experience working with immigrant and refugee children or survivors of abuse and exploitation
Expertise in humanitarian immigration claims and experience working with law firm attorneys and legal volunteers
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and experience working in a remote environment
