Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Contracts Manager who will be
responsible for managing the contract review process and acting as
the direct correspondence between outside legal counsel and
internal employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and provide feedback for various types of contracts
Manage the utilization of external legal counsel
Drive legal efficiency and reduce overall legal expenses
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent training in a
technical discipline
5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal
department
3-5 years of full ownership of critical projects or processes
Experience in the advertising/marketing space is a plus
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
