Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Product Counsel to join their
innovative Product Legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support artificial intelligence and machine-learning platform
initiatives, products, and features
Partner with product teams to ensure compliance with data,
artificial intelligence, and machine-learning issues
Advise stakeholders on legal risks, product development, and
implementation of technological solutions
Qualifications:
10+ years of applicable experience with admission to a state
bar
In-house experience as a product counsel at a technology company,
preferably with artificial intelligence/machine-learning
experience
Knowledge of legal issues such as privacy, data protection,
intellectual property, and consumer protection
Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively
across cross-functional teams
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously
