We are seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney who will work passionately and unrelentingly alongside our team of senior attorneys and paralegals to ensure a successful outcome for clients. Responsibilities:

Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients' needs after analysis


Qualifications:

Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years
Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in a law firm environment
Ability to use Microsoft Office is required
Able to work independently while handling multiple files
Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred
--- Minimum of 1-year experience in Family Court in Broward or Miami-Dade counties
--- Comfortable with difficult client conversations, able to show empathy and compassion for their troubles and highlight opportunities that will enable them to see a path forward with their situation more clearly
--- Must be willing to continuously keep the client updated throughout the case, with personal interactions
--- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
--- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus
