This person will effectively manage calls, chats, emails and multiple form of communication to enhance the overall experience for customers and inhouse personal. Our employees are required to come to the Pompano office 3 days a week and can work remote 2 days. Office hours are 8:30-5pm or 9-5:30pm. The Sales Support position is considered hybrid after complete on-boarding. Depending on the individual, remote privileges go into effect between 3-6 months of service. Duties:

• Provide technical support to internal staff and customers. Ensure requests are answered efficiently through Teams and Outlook, in a timely manner (first contact resolution within 24h), escalating to Sales Support Manager when needed.
• Implement and manage product training programs for internal staff, measure achievements (on-boarding, webinars etc).
• Become the "product expert" for our internal staff and clients by answering their most advanced questions and delivering product presentations and training.
• Remotely resolve field issues in a timely manner with lowest possible cost to the company. Act as the on-site technician, if needed (travel up to 10%).
• Review sales orders and profiles drawings at the time of order to verify correct ordering codes / layout requirements, before order is released.
• Update and improve Product Specification Sheets and Mounting Instructions of the standard product portfolio.
• Help Engineering on various tasks and projects as needed (product launch updates, BOM creation, system updates etc). Requirements
  • Associates degree in Business or Technical field required; Bachelors preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
  • Successful experience in a fast paced, multitasking environment required.
  • Microsoft Office, and/or advanced Excel skills is required.
  • Ability to learn new and complicated systems quickly, with a strong background in ERP systems and other databases.
