Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Telecom Network Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and configure NOC services, including SAS, NetAct, and Edge
EMS screens
Develop and review processes and procedures for
fault/incident/event/security/SIM management
Create dashboards for FAN reliability and performance KPIs
Required Qualifications:
Experience in security management and audit & compliance
management
Knowledge of SAS monitoring and obtaining CBSD grants post
installation
Ability to provide network support for Edge Device Migration
Experience in training and knowledge transfer to GSOC teams
Previous experience in NOC training lead role
