Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Support Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
Triage and resolve client's technical issues and provide quick
high-quality resolutions
Assist customers in troubleshooting challenges and implementing
standard product features
Research, document, and prioritize customer issues, escalating to
internal teams when necessary
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in L2/L3 production support environment with
strong debugging skills
Experience managing critical customer issues and delivering
creative solutions in a timely manner
At least 2 years of experience with agile development methodology
and tools
Experience in Salesforce.com environment, including workflows,
triggers, custom objects, etc
Strong hands-on knowledge in writing highly optimized and bulkified
Apex trigger and Classes
