Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the development and delivery of large-scale machine learning
projects within an agile, cross-functional environment
Collaborate with the AI/ML Council and ML Infrastructure team to
design and define the use of AI/ML technology
Ensure effective communication and alignment among stakeholders,
manage technical dependencies, and assess risks and
opportunities
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of technical project management experience or relevant
experience
Strong technical background in machine learning, including
experience with deep learning frameworks
Generative AI experience required
Ability to work through ambiguity, take ownership, and drive
initiatives to completion
Excellent analytical skills, business judgment, and ability to
influence others
