Job Description:

A company is looking for an Outpatient Specialty Auditor Technical Trainer.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess job-specific needs and develop technical training plans
Deliver training sessions and mentor team members
Conduct quality assurance controls and provide feedback

Required Qualifications:

Associates Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Coding certification (CCS, CPC, etc.) required and maintained
5 to 7+ years of experience with ICD-9/10CM, CPT, HCPCS codes
Experience in SNF or IRF setting preferred
Proficiency in Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications
