The Ceramic Coating Technician is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities: Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean and decontaminate vehicle surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion of ceramic coatings. Application: Apply ceramic coatings using proper techniques and equipment to achieve even coverage and a smooth finish. Quality Control: Inspect coated surfaces for imperfections, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for ceramic coating services. Maintenance: Educate customers on proper maintenance procedures to prolong the lifespan of ceramic coatings and preserve the vehicle's appearance. Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements: - Previous experience in ceramic coating is required! - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team. - Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality results. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Knowledge of custodial practices and cleaning techniques is a plus.
